Ahh, that's probably why I'm also experience timing issues after moving
my nfs-server from redhat 8 to CentOS 4.2. Konqueror on the client
sometimes stalls for 15 seconds before returning the files (haven't
investigated this further yet though). Could the pop-server time out on
that ?
Maybe a strace on the popserver combined with a 'telnet <popserver> 110'
and the pop list command could reveil something, or debugmode.
