ImageMagick x86_64 update missing binaries (i386 is okay)

That is really strange.  

I have rebuilt these and verified the images. The new version in now
syncing to the mirrors.  They are:

ImageMagick-6.0.7.1-14.c4.x86_64.rpm
ImageMagick-c++-6.0.7.1-14.c4.x86_64.rpm
ImageMagick-c++-devel-6.0.7.1-14.c4.x86_64.rpm
ImageMagick-devel-6.0.7.1-14.c4.x86_64.rpm
ImageMagick-perl-6.0.7.1-14.c4.x86_64.rpm
