I guess that allowing public_html access to a users dir via hostname/~username is bad security correct?

| In a non-anonymous login the initial starting directory is the user's
| $HOME as specified in /etc/passwd. I don't know off the top of my head
| if there's any way to override this bar changing their $HOME
| (usermod/vipw etc.).
