dag repo and perl dependencies naming

You have are running a circus not a server. Even in
the fedora world you cannot enable those many repos
and hope to run properly.

Do us all a favour and do the following:-

- mark your present server as a "circus" and leave it
in the corner.

- get a clean CentOS 3.7 server that has base and
updates enabled.Install all available updates.

- Install the rpmforge release and install amavisd.

- Tell us the results. Next time don't enable all
those repos/fail to apply official updates and
complain. 

- read on yum plugins and the important role they
prevent in protecting base.

- search google for "problems mixing repositories"
