small issue with bind

This isn't as clear as I could have made it. the rpms are bind-chroot,
bind, bind-libs, bind-utils and bind-devel. You weren't clear enough
in your yum-fu, or the package was already installed.

Once it's installed on your system, the process is 'named', so
'service named start' etc.
