Backing up CentOS

What, and how much, are you trying to back up? What storage device will you
be backing up to (tape, dvd, disk)?

There are several projects out there: amanda (my personal favorite), bacula,
backuppc, and I'm sure a few others. More details on your expected usage can
help folks point you in the better direction.
