I have had great luck with IMAPCopy 
http://home.arcor.de/armin.diehl/imapcopy/imapcopy.html.  It connects 
between any two IMAP Servers (say UW-IMAP and Courier-IMAP) and copies 
messages from one to the other.  Works great for me!
