I just loaded the latest kernel this evening.  I'm getting the same results.  It gets as far as the splash screen with the swirly thing and just locks up.  No login prompt.


That is the 4.18.0-365.el8 kernel? The last few have had issues specifically with KDE. Troy Dawson may have figured something out.

At least I know he cares about KDE and has been looking at it.
