The lifecycle for the RHEL 8 Application Streams is publicly documented here:

Ruby 2.5 is supported until May 2029.
However, CentOS Linux 8 will be going EOL on December 31, 2021. Users
are strongly encouraged to migrate to CentOS Stream 8.
