Worth a try in cases like this is download and rebuild the Fedora rpm
on CentOS 7. The first attempt listed some missing dependencies but
after I installed those from the CentOS repos, the package built
without errors:
rpmbuild --rebuild grepmail-5.3111-10.fc34.src.rpm
