qemu-system-x86_64 in EL8

I am planning to migrate a EL7 host to CS8 and noticed that an
"application" runs via /usr/bin/qemu-system-x86_64 . Its seems
its from EPEL. Stock C8 does not ship it. Any SIG repository with
"qemu-system-x86_64"?
