Thanks for the link to the guides. As for logging out and back in I haven't
found a way to do that yet. Hell only reason I know how to reboot it without
hitting the reboot button on the box is because we had an old and I mean
really old SERIAL network Aix Unix box one time.

You just had to log out and back in, shouldn't need to reboot.

http://www.redhat.com/docs/manuals/enterprise/ has more verbose descriptions
of the filenames. e.g. rhel-ig-* is the "Installation Guide". rhel-isa-* is
the "Introduction to Systems Administration".

I would probably suggest reading the Step By Step, Intro to Sys Admin and
the RHEL Reference Guide as a start.
