On CentOS 8 there is also

dnf check-upgrade --changelog

but I liked to have a tool which works on older distribution as well.

Therefore I've made 'pkgchangelog' which generates changelogs like the one
shown below. It's available here:

http://www.invoca.ch/pub/packages/pkgmonitor/public/pkgchangelog
