system-config-display

I suggest getting out of X (<ctl-alt-backspace>) *after* logging into a
virtual terminal (<ctl>-<alt>-<F1>, or <F2> or <F3>,...) as root. Run
the command from there. But you may have to read some of the help to
figure out how to get multiple resolutions.
