I agree,  I was looking for the source to test whether asterisk PBX worked better with an interruptible kernel.
I also was intending to test reiserfs because of its low CPU usage, but from what I have read on it, It may work better/faster than 
other filesystems, but if it breaks, you are pretty much SOL. So, I am not even going there.
