I am doing a dnf install package_without_version for instance for g++:

[piot@paris opal]$ sudo dnf install gcc-c++

Error:

  - package kernel-headers-4.18.0-147.el8.x86_64 is excluded
(try to add '--skip-broken' to skip uninstallable packages or '--nobest' to
use not only best candidate packages)
