Centos 8 you do not appear to have the kernel sources

(sorry about previous item - hit return and was not intending to).

Compiling on CentOS 8 and getting error "You do not appear to have the
kernel sources loaded".

I have kernel, kernel-devel, and kernel-headers all loaded.

What am I missing?
