Yep.  It isn't just you.  The Spotify webplayer stopped working for me
when I upgraded to firefox-60.5.0-2.el7.x86_64 on RHEL7.6 WS.

Downgrading to firefox-60.4.0-1.el7.x86_64 restored the ability to use
Spotify.
