Assuming you installed clamav from EPEL, you would need to ask them when they plan to update the package. Version 0.101.0 was only released recently on 3rd Dec so it might take a while for it to be updated in the EPEL repository.
In the meantime, it's only a warning so either update it yourself or ignore it.
