Logging in to the Red Hat portal the most recent ebtables is still
ebtables-2.0.10-15.el7 whereas the bug says it is fixed in
ebtables-2.0.10-16.el7 and is listed as ON_QA.
That usually means it'll be part of the next milestone, 7.5, which
isn't even in beta yet.
