how to install pyserial on centos 6?

I tried
yum import pyserial
yum provides '*serial*'
gave me
distribution-gpg-keys-copr-1.15-1.el6.noarch : GPG keys for Copr projects

"worked", but didn't help:

What happened?
How do I get pyerial?
