I am trying to find out what version of CentOS is running at a

this:

Linux version 3.10.0-327.22.2.el7.x86_64
(builder@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx) (gcc version 4.8.3 20140911 (Red Hat
4.8.3-9) (GCC) ) #1 SMP Thu Jun 23 17:05:11 UTC 2016

From that can someone tell me what the CentOS version is?

CentOS 7. The kernel is from the 7.2 timeframe, but it's unclear if the non-kernel userspace packages are up to 7.3 or not.
