Hi.
We wish to install rh-git29 from the Software Collections repo and it's
failing because of a missing rh-git29-git package.
It appears to be absent still on the latest Centos 7.3. distro.
[root@localhost ~]# yum install rh-git29

You could try using --skip-broken to work around the problem
You could try running: rpm -Va --nofiles --nodigest
