CentOS 6, portreserve

[Date Prev][Date Next][Thread Prev][Thread Next][Date Index][Thread Index]

Hi, folks,

Got a question: I's swear that I just started seeing rkhunter
complaining about ports 110, 143, and 995 only a few weeks, maybe as
much as a month ago. (It's been way low on my priority list to solve.)
Anyway, with my manager urging us about it, I looked, and found that
portreserve was holding them.

Here's the thing - I have *not* been seeing this for years. *Did* this
suddenly become automatically turned on with 6.8? Otherwise, I'm not
sure why it was running.
