Resolved:
Outlook don't use PLAIN authorization. I have added LOGIN to "mech_list"
in /usr/lib/sasl2/smtpd.conf
/usr/lib/sasl2/smtpd.conf is below:

pwcheck_method: saslauthd
mech_list: plain login
saslauthd_path: /var/run/saslauthd/mux
-----------------------------------------------------------------------
And Outlook started to use SMTP/SASL, both - over TLS and without TLS.
