This looks like https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1259527
which I believe to be a bug in yum, that I also hit while running
CloudLinux.
In my case, I removed "cpuspeed" (rpm -e cpuspeed) before running "yum
upgrade" to upgrade all of the other components.
