Hello Clint,

Our Centos-base.repo file looks like this:

[base]
name=CentOS-$releasever - Base
mirrorlist=
http://mirrorlist.centos.org/?release=$releasever&arch=$basearch&repo=os
#baseurl=http://mirror.centos.org/centos/$releasever/os/$basearch/
gpgcheck=1
gpgkey=file:///etc/pki/rpm-gpg/RPM-GPG-KEY-CentOS-6

I also tried yours, however I experienced the same issue. It seems like
it's replacing the "releaserver" variable with 6.6, rather than 6, I'm not
sure why though.

In your initial post you mentioned problems with extras. Here you are changing the stanza of base.
What is your stanza for "extras"?
