mediawiki on centos-4

Seems a bit like dag built this one with a bad dependency in it,
because there is no php-4.3.11 on his site, nor is there any note that
I can see about mediawiki requiring php5.

Might pay to submit a bug to dag with relevant rpm/yum info included.
