Well, that package is older as the one in the current CentOs 7 distro :
xorg-x11-drv-intel-2.99.916-1.el7.elrepo.x86_64.rpm
vs
xorg-x11-drv-intel-2.99.916-5.el7.x86_64

Are you searching for the 2.99.917 one ?
