It means that c6-media (which is likely the CD or DVD that you installed Centos 6 from) is not present on your computer, probably because you removed it from the cd drive.

the c6-media pseudorepository shouldn't be enabled, you must have manually edited it to enable it
Probabaly when I cd'ed into /etc/yum.rep.d and ran  vi *
so it seems I enabled it in error.
