How to get GLIBCXX_3.4.4 ??

I truncated the first posting I did.  There is no GLIBCXX_3.4.4 in
libstdc++-3.4.4-2.

I am fully up to date with yum.  Where can I go?  Who can I talk to to
get this updated?
