Hi all! I'm wondering if anyone can advise me on how (or even if) I can trigger some of the install-time hardware discovery, specifically to rediscover the sound hardware on my motherboard. I moved a C6 installation to a new (and diffrent) motherboard several months ago. While most things went without issue, and while sound works, I have to manually change sound settings to enable the headphone jack and disable the speakers. And the reverse. Seems like it ought to discover for itself that something has been plugged into the front-panel audio output jack and adapt itself automatically. it's only a minor inconvenience, but one I'd like to fix. Suggestions appreciated. thanks!
