If you have disintalled it
try this

https://dl.google.com/linux/talkplugin/rpm/stable/x86_64/google-talkplugin-5.4.2.0-1.x86_64.rpm

and disable google talk repository 
or disable only the repository
 /etc/yum.repos.d/google-talkplugin.repo 
set enabled=0

bye
