To list installed packages from a repo :

  yumdb search from_repo <repo_id>

We use rpm.

listing  all packages not in base repo,

     rpm -qa --qf  '%{NAME} %{VENDOR}\n' |grep -v CentOS

or just Fedora packages(epel).

     rpm -qa --qf  '%{NAME} %{VENDOR}\n' |grep Fedora
