Same here, on slightly different hardware.  My DFI NFII Ultra Infinity 
with 1 GB RAM and an nVidia 5700FX upgraded from 4.1 to 4.2 with no 
problems beyond saturated Yum mirrors.  (grin!)  I had the usual 
problems with the proprietary nVidia driver, but that was expected.
