Re: rrd compilation on Centos

I  believe that was the problem I had and refered to.  Same error 
message when building the .so.  My solution was to build the object on a 
32-bit platform, and then import it in.  It works to some degree, but 
not fully, so I'm back to square one.  The relocation bit is what killed 
the goose...
