'yum install digikam' worked fine for me with epel enabled. The version I got was : 4.0.0-4.el7 (newer than yours version of 4.0.0-3.el7) I would say do 'yum clean metadata' and try again. If you are hosting your own epel mirror, then update it first. Thanks, Johnny Hughes
