Hi Alex,
MariaDB itself has RHEL/CentOS repos:

But you could limit EPEL repo to only include MariaDB packages and deps with
'includepkgs=' directive in the /etc/yum.repos.d/epel.repo config file, like
[epel]
... default stuff ...
includepkgs=MariaDB-* some-deps-package
