Use the 'mkdvdiso.sh' script found at
http://wiki.centos.org/TipsAndTricks/CDtoDVDMedia to join the two ISO's
into a single ISO, and then use that. I've used this script for a
while, with CentOS 6.2, 6.3, 6.4, and 6.5 to make the 'DL' ISO for use
on an 8GB USB key (made with livecd-iso-to-disk).
