Loop mount the ISO, and locate the files you want.

OR:
On your preferred mirror, under
<centos_version>/os/<architecture>/images/pxeboot/, you'll find the files
you want.
That doesn't mean you can't get the files from an ISO, but why do that when
you can retrieve just what you need?
