Although it's become such a habit that I've had people say, you just sent
me back an email with nothing added.
People blame it on MS, and Outlook, but no, it's simple laziness and
sloppiness. Mutt puts the cursor at the top of an email too, and that's
where it should go. Then, you can read and reply inline, like a
conversation.
