So... maybe as a suggestion, why don't you start such a venture
yourself and then ask for help to flesh it out or recommendations on
changes/additions/et al?   'hey this is a great idea and here's how
I'm starting' goes much farther then 'someone really oughtta'.   at
least I suspect it would.
