You can add rules to logwatch's ignore.conf

~]$ cat /etc/logwatch/conf/ignore.conf
###### REGULAR EXPRESSIONS IN THIS FILE WILL BE TRIMMED FROM REPORT OUTPUT
#####

Though the better solution is fixing/resolving the logging of those
messages to begin with.
One step at a time though, eh?
