You can get info on the Open Source version of the Directory Server at :

http://directory.fedora.redhat.com/wiki/Main_Page

RPMS for RHEL / CentOS and Fedora are avilable from there.

btw, RHDS is the Redhat Developer Suite ( 
http://www.redhat.com/software/rha/developer/ ) , with no connections to 
the Directory Server
