HP annoyances

Apparently, a BIOS setting of "last power state" means something different
to HP than to everyone else. It seems to be that poweroff gets a response
of "oh, you couldn't *possibly* want to turn me off! You just want me to
restart!"

HP DL160 Gen8, CentOS 6.4
