if I comment the line:

#  <Directory "/opt/observium/html/">
#   AllowOverride All
#   Options FollowSymLinks MultiViews
#  </Directory>

I only see the homepage of the site and if I create another virutalhost 
with the same form previously used the new site do not see anything

why?
