I get:

# pkill rpc.gssd ; rpc.gssd -n
# kinit Administrator
# mount -t nfs4 -o sec=krb5 costello.test.cornell.edu:/data /mnt/tmp
mount.nfs4: Operation not permitted

and nothing appears in /var/log/messages.
