I figured out a way:

When booted on the CD, use "pactl list cards" to list the name of the 
card and the profiles.

Add to the %post section of the ks file used for revisor:

echo "set-card-profile alsa_card.pci-0000_00_1b.0 output:hdmi-stereo" >> 
/etc/pulse/default.pa
