Found the problem and solved. I accidently copied the file /etc/openldap/ldap.conf accidently to under /root account as .ldaprc file and immediately the problem goes away. Read manual again and found that the tls_cert and tls_key are USER_ONLY option! So now the problem goes away, and sure I'lll change the TLSVerifyClient option back to 'try'. It is of no immediate uses if TLS client authentication is only user-option.
