After verifying this issue, we have made a bugs entry for CentOS:
http://bugs.centos.org/view.php?id=5615

and upstream:
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=806365

We can build a version that has this enabled if there is a big need or a
long delay from upstream.
